The Metalian Genie’s monocoque body is made from 3CR12 stainless steel and is built to offer off-road durability at an unexpectedly low weight of 300 kg when unloaded. This makes it an ideal camping trailer for Jimnys and other smaller vehicles to easily and comfortably tow on tar as well as gravel roads.
Accommodating up to 2 adults from its compact and comfortable set-up, our Genie trailers are fitted with a 2-sleeper rooftop tent, as well as all the camping equipment and accessories you need, from a 2-plate gas stove and National Luna camping fridge to a lithium battery and more. We’ve also stocked its pantry cupboard with all the kitchenware you need, from crockery and cutlery to a kettle and even tupperware. Our Genie Trailers also offer internal USB charging and LED lighting,
Setting up and packing up is quick and easy, making the Genie ideal to rent for multi-destination camping trips and quick weekend getaways.
**Please be advised that our Code B-licence trailers, like the Metalian Genie, are not available for cross-border travel to certain countries like Botswana due to unsuitable road conditions. Please enquire about alternative trailer options.

We rented two rooftop tents from Go Camp for our weekend camp “down the road” from Cape Town. Excellent service from Sue and Mike who were very pleasant and most helpful.
The tents were so clean and very easy to set up as well as pack away. Everything worked exactly as we were assured that it would! I will definitely book with Go Camp again!!!
