Camping Recipe: Yesterday’s Rolls, Braai Burgers!

Because nothing beats the flavour of a braai-cooked burger!

Serves 4


4 Rolls
4 Beef or chicken patties


1. Light the campfire to get the coals are ready and hot.
2. Coat your patties in a splash of oil, salt and pepper.
3. Braai each side of the patties to perfection.
4. Cut the rolls in half and toast on the braai grid for a delicious flavour.
5. Build your own burger, layering them with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo and tomato sauce. Enjoy! #NoExcuses
